Magnetic Filter Separator Bars
We recently worked with an engineering company on a project requiring a magnetic rotor fitted with magnetic filter, in the form of a separator bar. The rotor was to be used in a milk production plant to collect any metal contaminants that may have entered the milk production process. As you can see from the photo the unit we manufactured was dropped and a fine hair line fracture can be seen in the middle bar.
Unfortunately these are difficult to repair and warrant remanufacturing. JOFOV Magnetics can supply most types of magnetic separation equipment. We hold a large range of magnetic filter and separation bars in stock. The sizes we presently have in stock range from a standard diameter of 25mm times 100mm up to 450mm in length and we will soon have 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm lengths available.
These filter bars can then be assembled to create magnetic separator grates as shown in our second photo.

Because the appearance of stainless steel rod or bar with well polishing, many customers also call them magnetic rods,magnetic bars, magnetic filter bars, or magnet bar. they are most efficient permanent magnetic unit for catching, removing ferrous metals from various materials in different field. Accroding to different condition, they can be assemblied into grate magnets, magnetic drawer or magnetic trap with other stainless steel parts. There are square, round shap magnetic tubes .
What about our Magnetic bars
Our stainless tubes are made by cold rolling stretch process through tools, they are high density, no crack with uniform wall thickness. The magnetic rod or magnetic bar made from these stainless steel tube is well waterproof. The secondary pollution to materials can be stopped by prevente any liquid or super powder or gas from going to interior after the tube sides are fully welded and well polished.
