Countersunk Magnet, Rare Earth Sintered Neodymium countersink hole magnets, NdFeB Countersunk, Powerful Permanent Magnet w/ central countersunk hole, Block and disc shaped super strong countersunk magnets, holding, clamping, mounting or cup magnet China supplier & manufacturer
Countersunk magnet are extremely popular neodymium magnets which have a central countersunk hole to allow the magnet to be easily fastened into place with a screw, leaving the screw head flush with the magnet. They are great for hanging signs, tools, etc. These screw-on magnets are very popular for kitchen installations, retail store shelving, furniture and many other applications.
Block / rectangular and disc / circular neodymium magnets with countersunk holes can be easily fixed by screws on the flat surface. The material grades can be from N33, N35 to N52.
Rare Earth Neodymium countersunk magnets are among the most powerful permanent magnets available. Our range is suited to a wide range of applications, including office and home.
Countersunk ndfeb magnet are extremely strong for their size. Shapes include rings, blocks, discs and custom. To prevent unwanted oxidation, neodymium magnets are usually finished with zinc, nickel or epoxy coating.
NdFeB magnets can be manufactured by sintering, compression bonding, injection molding, and extrusion. The sintered form holds the highest energy product of up to 48MGOe, while the bonded form holds a lower energy product of up to 10MGOe. The majorities of NdFeB magnets are anisotropic and can only be magnetized in the orientation direction. In general, magnetizing fields of approximately 30KOe are required to saturate NdFeB magnets.
We carry an extensive selection of holding magnet systems in many designs for holding forces from 5 N – 900 N.
Our neo discs / blocks are used by many different industries such as design, advertising, engineering, manufacturing, printing, film, science, construction, as well as for multiple commercial and industrial applications.
Due to the embedding in a steel pot, the flux lines are directed downwards to the holding surface, which makes the magnetic force especially strong at direct contact with a counterpart. With a countersunk pot magnet the countersunk head screw fits flush into the depression. After screwing it into the ceiling or wall you can attach ferromagnetic objects, such as metal plates or lamps, to the magnet and easily remove them if necessary. This has the advantage that you will not see any drilling holes on the outside. Our applications with pot magnets show versatile application possibilities.
