These ended up being the perfect strength magnets for my medium (4oz) magnetic spice jars. The screws and eyelets some in a bag and i didnt even attach them. I just stuck the flat cup magnets in the steel jar lid and called it good. No glue or anything, easy peasy. I had to use the 90lbs cup magnets for the larger 9 oz jars in the picture.
